Arroyo Grande Harvest Festival
September 29th & 30th

STEAMTrunk will be at the Harvest Festival in AG on Friday night Sept. 29th with our exhibits and all day Saturday 9/30 with many hands-on STEAM projects and activities. We hope to see you there!

Earth Day
Laguna Lake Park in San Luis Obispo, CA

The Earth Day event was such a success! We have been on hiatus, but are slowly returning to our mission of delivering hands-on informal experiences in science, tech, engineering, art, and math (STEAM). It was a great turn out and beautiful day at Laguna Lake for the Earth day event, with more kids and families than we’ve ever seen at this event before! Special thanks to Eric E. from iFixit for donating tools for our electronic take-apart table that was wildly popular all day! Thank you to all of our volunteers, as well as Peggy H. at Burdine Printing.

Camp Arroyo Grande Event

Camp Arroyo Grande Jamboree Celebrates Camp Restoration

"Camp Arroyo Grande Jamboree on Sat, June 4 invites everyone to an afternoon of outdoor fun. Kicking the event off the the 5-Cities Men’s Club is providing a free lunch from 12-2, followed by a concert by the SLO County Band at 1pm.

Next up, Americana band Five Parts Devil takes the stage for rousing bluegrass and roots music while the concerts and history presentations are taking place enjoy hands-on activities in archery, blacksmithing, gardening, gemology, and STEAM programs, as well as exhibits of falconry, turtles and tortoises offer fun for the whole family.
